So will if the botox to reshape the face doesn't last forever is it more cost effective to get botox every 5 or so years or just save up and get plastic surgery?

The Korean's who pioneered this technique as an alternative to surgery claim the bone remodelling and muscle atrophy that occurs from botoxing the masseters will give significant cosmetic slimming for up to 5 years.

The doctors at Kiora started doing this more than 3 years ago. I suspect the reality is on average the effect will last between 2-5 years depending on the patient and their ability to stay away from foods which require heavy chewing.

We will know for certain in 10 years time.

Certainly the effect is long term and persists well past the time when the botox has all worn off (3-4 months).

If you look in the mirror and hardly recognize your face anymore, or are just tired of looking tired, a facelift might be the thing that helps reawaken your face and spirit. But there are many different methods and not everyone is a suitable candidate for each one.

Default can botox...

reshape the bone structure of the forehead? From a young age I partaked in a strange activity that resulted in my forhead having a parculiar shape. Can botox or maybe some other form of plastic surgery go to some way in correcting this? Would be great to know some options...

Default Botox...

From a young age, I did some strange activity that has made me develop unusual forehead bone structure. I was wondering if Botox could reshape my skull, forehead? Or are their other cosmetic/plastic surgery options?

Or perhaps more relevently. Similar to the shrinking you see of the arm after it has been in a cast for 6 weeks
