Well I always believe in beauty with brain. I think the real beauty is in your way of behaviour, the way you speak to others and in the way you solve the problems of others. Hence to look beautiful it is important to maintain healthy body and mind.

Nice thread. Primarily the body influences the mind. Learning and development all come from the senses, and those traits not from what is sensed are from genetics which is inherent to the body. Secondarily, the mind influences the body.

It is one of the interesting topic to share with us. I think beauty is mostly of the mind. You just need discipline and a willingness to follow a very strict diet and exercise regime .

Beauty has so many types. someone look beauty from face, someone with heart, someone with mind, someone with nature. I think that beauty is of the body. Because when we see anyone than first our eye look at them face not mind. So first time we see that person face and decided how they are beautiful.
