Really I think when you look at the definition of beauty it is about the physical appearance.

There might be aspects of the mind that enable you to present yourself well but the beauty is all about the physical presentation.

For example there are many examples of beautiful evil people, the sterotypical Nazi blonde, blue eyed SS trooper comes to mind quickly. They look like a poster boy but have a sick twisted mind.

more mind than body,

Given the will and effort anyone can do themselves up to look at least "attractive"

Given the right sort of motivation anything is possible.

We see it all the time in BB.

I think beauty is mostly of the mind.

How does motivation help in Big Brother exactly?

And what does this lousy show have to do with the true nature of beauty?

BB = Body Building!

Not Big Brother!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are plenty of people in my sport who show their before pictures then with some hard work can win the big competitions.

Its the sort of sport where it doesn't matter what sort of genes you were born with.

You just need discipline and a willingness to follow a very strict diet and exercise regime

Steroids are extensively tested for in our sport.

Many if not most of the great transformation stories are from men and women who did not use anabolic steroids.

Please don't stereotype all of us because of a few misguided professionals

Yeah right.

I've been on the wrong side of one too many 'roid rages from gym junkies to believe that only a minority of you meatheads use them.

More like a majority

Bruce you have been a good contributor for a long time but that last comment was really stepping over the line.

Mrgym was being perfectly reasonable.

Now that I'm unbanned.

Mrgym, jomol sorry about any offence I might have given. It think it is unfortunate the internet cannot yet transmit sarcasm. Maybe something for web 3.0?

I didn't mean any offence and sincere apologies to mrgym about my thoughtless comments
