Unhappy Disappointed with tear trough fillers :(

Hi there, I will attempt to post again as I posted a thread well over a week ago and it hasn't appeared.
I'm new and I look forward to meeting you all here.
My question today is in regards to Juvederm +. I had my tear troughs done about 3 months ago and I have to say I'm really disappointed. My eyes are still puffy and lumpy (even after massage) and you can slight still see bruising from the injection sites. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would love to hear other peoples experiences with tear trough fillers.
Thanks for reading my post.

I've performed these myself, and they're definitely tricky. The skin is thin in the area and can easily show any lumpiness or bruising. It's hit and miss but usually works well without much bruising.

The tear trough is the area of eyelid-cheek junction closest to the nose. Many patients have a harsh line in this location which leads to an unflattering, tired appearance to the upper face. Smoothing the tear trough with injectable fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm or Perlane can make a noticeable improvement in a patient's appearance with a minimum of down time.
