Default Perlane vs Juviderm

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on Perlane vs Juvederm - mainly on the results of both. I know what has been written but I'd like to get thoughts from those who have had them done. Thanks!

Hi Jazzed about beauty.

Welcome to the forum.

I've only just started playing with fillers after getting hooked on botox a bit more than a year ago.

I might leave answering questions about juvederm (which a lot of people on the forum like) to perlane (I presume this is another filler) to veterens like yohanna or botox queen.

I'm sure they'll answer you soon.

In the meantime I've moved your post to the anti-wrinkle forum.

Welcome again!

The forum is undergoing a major update.

In the next 2 weeks the forum address will be moved to a new server.

As we undergo this upgrade process it is possible some functionality may be lost.

I had perlane used for my nasolabial folds. My Doctor said its basically very similar to restylane. Almost exactly the same only a bit stiffer to its better to put in your face and fill up those crevices (he has such a way with words!)

restylane being softer is better for the lips

jomol has it pretty much right.

Perlane is like a restylane used for the face. I've had it to fill in my nasolabial lines and occassionally a deep acne scar. It is never used in the lips AFAIK

Restylane can be used for either but they always use it in the lips.

Hope this helps everyone

Both are hyaluronic acid fillers, and can helpful in filling the deep lines and wrinkles.
