Default Rhinoplasty using Dermal Filler?

How much of a change can dermal filler injections realisticallly achieve? I had a rhinoplasy 8 years ago, was very happy, but my nose seems to be changing in shape. Parts of the skin is getting thinner and the bridge now looks bumpy (near the top part).

My original doctor doesn't really want to do a repeat procedure. Even if he did, I can't justify 20K for it anyway, or taking him to school with a black nose/eyes for that matter. How priorities change when you become a mum!

I like the idea of a "non-surgical nose job". The low down time and price tag of less than $1000 is also attractive! Can people post your experience with it? Good/bad/will you do it again? Thanks!

Default Rhinoplasty with fillers

It is possible to change the shape of the nose with fillers. Camoflaging a bump is probably the easiest thing to do. All that is done is that a filler is injected to the depressed area to make it match the more protruding area.
Most people are very happy with these adjustments as they are quick and inexpensive. Using a moderately long lasting filler (about a year) is ideal beacuse it is not too thick. Cost will vary between $600- $1000

Such face fillers do not show long lasting effect but indirectly harms aging skin. If over-treatments are carried out, it may lead to color pigment oxidation.
