Hi y'all,

I've been lurking for a while and posted a couple of times but I thought I had better introduce myself.

After initially overcoming my concerns re: getting botox I found out I loved it. Even better it actually saved me money. I used to get facials religiously every fortnight but since I've started botox I find my skin just doesn't need that lift.

I've decided not to be cowed by ignorance and become a vocal, proud supporter of botox. After all the stuff works way better than anything else but for some reason its associated with the most stigma.

I love botox and I'm proud of it

Oh dear,

I just read back over that post. It did sound a little pompous didn't it?

I think your point is fairly well meant botox_queen.

Posting on forums can always be difficult. You lose a lot of the sarcasm etc from the words. You can easily sound like you are on a soap box instead of rationally discussing a topic.

I think I might have made the same mistake when I posted my don't call me metrosexual post
