Who can legally inject botox/fillers in Oz?

Hey guys I'm not from Australia but will be there later this year, and wondering how do I find someone to do some botox/filler work and know that they are licensed? I come from Europe, and not sure how it works here. Is it only plastic surgeons, or licensed doctors? I read that nurses are doing the treatment also? Thanks
