I have some deep furrows in my brow I've been thinking of treating. Can anyone tell me what anti-wrinkle fillers are. What is the difference between this and botox?

Hmmm not sure about that jomol31. I'm really very sensitive to pretty much everything. Even some of the hypoallergenic products set me off. I was nervous about botox but it was totally trouble free. I did make sure I had a fully trained doctor close by and I had my own epipen ready to go too!

I have had restylane for my wrinkles. Wrinkles essentially have 2 components. The dynamic part eg the part which furrows when you frown and a static part. The line that remains there even when you are sleeping. Fillers, restylane in my case, help take care of the static part (resting part) of the wrinkle.

I've heard that Botox actually helps with the dynamic part of the actual wrinkle by relaxing he muscles as opposed to just filling a gap.

Injectable Fillers are fillers that are used to eliminate deep wrinkles, and enhance the shape of the lips.
