hi, i am male, 20, asian,with yellow skin and dark hair.
I had one or two times shaving my arms' hair before,after that the hairs were longer and stronger, that makes my arms look bad.
I really wanna a have hair removal by laser, but i wonder after the hair removal, my hairs will grow again or they wont forever? I want to make that clear.
How many sessions do i need and how much may i pay for the best result?
