Hi, without getting into my life story I have a few questions.

1) How effective will lipodesolve be for stuborn chest fat (not gynocomastia) on a fairly fit (active) 28yo male with an estimated body fat of 20%+. This is an estimate only, I have an endomorphic body type, hold fat in my chest, have a belly and love handles which have now decreased. The rest is probably evenly distributed because im not musclarly defined.

On a side note I have lost about 3-4 kg of fat in 6-8 weeks. i found that I am noticably thiner and I lost a little off my chest but the depressing part is my chest looks even larger due to muscle growth underneath and the reduction of fat everywhere else. This has caused me to be extreemly neglegent with my eating so its not as noticable.

2) How quick can I resume my bodybuilding regime.

3) How many treatments will I need and how much will it cost?

I am keen on loosing this chest fat which IS actually man b oobs no matter what it takes.

Hi Dom,

Sorry to hear about your errrr non-man boobs.

I've had lipodissolve for both my thighs and love handles.

In my experience it worked best for the love handles. You could literally see them dissolve away in 8 or so treatments.

Now my thighs were a different story. They are large, but hopefully not as large as your muscular chest !

They did shrink in size by about 2cm but its nothing like as dramatic. And sometimes it can be hard to say what is due to the lipodissolve and how much was due to good ol' fashioned running.

For large areas, like chests .. my thighs *sigh* lipodissolve is certainly less dramatic in my experience. Though it does seem to help

You should be aiming for a fat percentage of 5-10%!

I had a friend who got a little big of lipodissolve for that little bit of fat around the hips he just couldn't move.

I've got the feeling for big areas like the chest the best way to get rid of fat is just lots of hard work, proper eating (watch the carbs etc etc etc) and more hard work.

Still I would be keen to know what sort of results you get if you do try lipodissolve for such a large area

Dunno if this helps.

I had lipodissolve for both my thighs and my "love handles".

It was great for the love handles and totally noticeable.

For the thighs I lost about 2-2.5cm total. Far less dramatic. Still noticeable but if I had to choose just one I would choose the love handles every time.

I think you will find treating the chest the same. Maybe a small reduction overall but not as noticeable if you just hit one discrete area

Truth be told Dom,

I'm actually quite partial to cuddly affectionate men! I quite like a little bit of man boob-ish-ness.

I once went out with a gyn junkie who was just "like totally in to himself - man."

I'll take my current cuddly teddy bear of a husband anyday!

Hey Dom,

I actually went to see a cosmetic surgeon about lipodissolve or gynecomastia surgery to rectify this issue. I was recommended a drug/**** called nolvadex (tamoxifen Citrate).

I'm 1.5 months into using and have noticed some change in the puffiness of the area. Quite made me give this option a go was the fact its quite cheap i.e. 40c a day.

I dont know maybe talk to your GP first.

Hope this helps,
Sand.

Im only posting to say congrats on your weight loss to date. You truckers have alot of temptations to eat out there on the road and plenty of time to do it. Best of luck in getting rid of the man boobs.
