Is IPL safe for the face? Does it count as a small area?

The only area I thought of getting down was the hair just above my lip. The last I checked it was the same as one underarm area. about $150.

IPL is safe for any part of the body. But because of the high visbility of the face we take extra care with any treatments around this area. The main adverse effects of IPL is hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation. Basically patches of your skin can be extra dark or extra light. We charge $150 for any area around the face
