Day Spa voucher for 21st birthday

Hi I've got a mate's 21st birthday coming up and I was really lost for ideas.

My girlfriend suggetsed I get him a day spa voucher to get a male facial and massage.

Is this really the sort of thing a male 21yo would want? Or is my girlfriend just hoping she can use the voucher instead of my mate when he laughs and throws it back at me?

I'm a bit dubious about this one. I think I will still go with the proverbial nickel plated zippo or something.

I have to be careful because I got flamed down for recent sentiments on this topic (do a search for "metrosexual").

But I think its great guys can pay proper attention to their appearance without being accused of ahem batting for the other team nowadays.

I just recieved a day spa voucher from my boyfriend today. I loved it and I fully intend to buy him a return voucher when its his 30th birthday later this year. I don't think there is any problem with a spa voucher for a 21st birthday
